1. Online Bookings: 1.1. The Website provides an online booking platform for salon services at The Escape Beauty Lounge. 1.2. When making a reservation, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. 1.3. Reservation requests are subject to availability, and the confirmation of a reservation is not guaranteed until it is confirmed by The Escape Beauty Lounge. 1.4. The Escape Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at its discretion.
2. Reservation Policy: 2.1. Once a reservation is confirmed, The Escape Beauty Lounge will hold the reserved seat for a grace period of 10 minutes after the reservation time. 2.2. If the customer fails to arrive within the grace period, The Escape Beauty Lounge reserves the right to release the reservation and allocate the seat to other customers.
3. Payment: 3.1. Payment for salon services will be made directly at The Escape Beauty Lounge as per their payment policies. 3.2. The Escape Beauty Lounge may require a deposit or prepayment for certain services, as communicated during the reservation process.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: 4.1. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact The Escape Beauty Lounge directly as soon as possible. 4.2. Cancellation policies may vary based on the type of service booked and will be communicated during the reservation process. 4.3. Failure to cancel a reservation within the specified time or not showing up for the reservation may result in applicable charges or penalties, as determined by The Escape Beauty Lounge.
